To design and build an online restaurant booking system for tour operators to book directly.

How to incorporate the hundreds of variables in one robust system that was easy to use.

To build a bespoke system which catered for each restaurant’s different demands and each tour operators requirements. To create a clear check out system that is easily navigable and a back end that clearly shows each group booking with their chosen menu.

An independent system that works seamlessly without requiring staff to make each booking saving both time and expense.
ZERMATT HOSPITALITY GROUP
The Brief
To name and create a logo for one of the leading hotel groups in Switzerland.
The Challenge
To create an original logo that both reflected the origins and location of the business whilst having a global luxury appeal.
The Solution
Using the Matterhorn Mountain as a reference point and taking the three core principles of the business, we created a unique star logo that reflected both hotel and restaurant signifier of quality. The colour red draws attention to both the locality and Swiss branded quality.
The Result
An instantly recognisable logo that echoes Swiss tradition with modern luxury.

The Brief
To name and brand a new concept in Asian fast food fusion dining.
The Challenge
How to appear new and healthy whilst selling a fast food concept to multiple nationalities.
The Solution
To use the powerful Asian symbol of a tiger that is internationally recognised by both Asian and European tourists. Leveraging the colour yellow as a bold statement of confident intent that also denotes speed and accessibility. Using consistent branding across all branded touchpoints whether screens, packaging or apparel.

A rapid increase in customers who would normally choose an alternative fast food dining option.

The Brief
To redesign and build the Group’s websites so they could independently control their hotels online without relying on expensive third-party vendors.
The Challenge
To redesign and build 5 hotel websites in 3 languages within 14 weeks.
The Solution
To use a team of designers and developers across the world who could ensure the project was worked on 24/7. Creating UX design solutions tailored to the target market of each hotel. Utilizing WordPress to ensure the client’s in-house marketing team could manage all future content of the hotels’ websites.

Presenting multiple brands, opportunities, and benefits into a comprehensible and accessible narrative.

To leverage the full range of hotels, restaurants and outlets into a cohesive and comprehensible brand that dominates the local marketplace in both scope and quality. To ensure multiple onsite journeys to job listings are available allowing the applicant to discover his dream job anywhere on the website. Creating video content using existing employee testimonials and translating the website copy into five languages.
